I bring a multi-disciplinary, high-level background to our sleep work.
I am a Certified Child Sleep Practitioner, having completed the Level 6 Sleep Practitioner Programme at the London School of Childcare Studies. This degree-level accreditation means my methods are grounded in the latest neurobiology and sleep science.
I combine this advanced clinical knowledge with my foundational training as an NNEB Nursery Nurse and Maternity Nurse, giving me a deep practical understanding of infant health and feeding.
Furthermore, my RQF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare ensures I operate at the highest professional standards of safeguarding. By blending these clinical standards with my Montessori and Forest School training, I provide a sleep plan that is not just effective, but also developmentally respectful and holistic.
Being OCN Certified means I have undergone rigorous, regulated training to ensure that every plan I create is developmentally appropriate and safety-checked.
My practice is strictly aligned with the Lullaby Trust evidence-based SIDS prevention, NICE Guidelines for clinical excellence and NHS standards for infant health.
As a practitioner, my first priority isn't just "more sleep”, it’s safer sleep.
Every baby is unique, but most families notice a positive shift within 3 to 7 nights. Consistency is the key, and with the bespoke plan we create, you’ll have the roadmap to get there.
No. My philosophy is built on being present. While some protest is normal whenever a routine changes, my methods involve comforting your baby and toddler through the transition so they are never left alone to feel distressed.
I offer gentle coaching for babies over 6 months and toddlers up to age 4. I also offer an additional service for children between 4-8 years old.
Yes
Absolutely not. Breastfeeding and gentle sleep training go hand-in-hand. We will work together to ensure your baby’s needs are met while improving their sleep associations.
You can message me anytime with updates or questions. I check messages and reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (9am–5pm), to keep you confident and on track.
Not at all. A safe, clear sleep space is the priority. I might suggest small tweaks (like blackout blinds or white noise), but my focus is on behaviour and routine, not expensive gadgets.
Health and comfort always come first. If your little one is struggling with teeth or a bug, we hit "pause" or adjust our approach to offer extra cuddles and support until they are back to their usual selves.
Please note that my advice is for educational purposes and I recommend that you should always follow the latest official medical guidance.
I am experienced in supporting families and children with a wide range of unique requirements, including ADHD, Autism (ASD), and other complex sensory or developmental needs. I understand that sleep challenges for neurodivergent children often require a different lens.
Please Note: While I provide specialised sleep support and behavioural strategies, I am not a medical doctor or a clinical specialist. My services are non-medical and are intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your paediatrician, GP or other healthcare providers. I do not diagnose or treat underlying medical conditions.
