1. Services Provided
Baby Sleep Practice provides educational sleep consultancy services. This includes, but is not limited to online consultations and bespoke sleep plans.
Our advice is based on professional experience and qualifications (NNEB, Level 6 Sleep Practitioner).
We do not provide medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for the advice of a GP or Health Visitor.
You should always consult a qualified professional if you have any specific concerns regarding your child’s health or emotional wellbeing.
2. Booking and Payment
For bespoke packages, work on the sleep plan will only begin once the intake questionnaire and payment have been received.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Our sleep packages are non-refundable, unless cancelled within the specified time fame below.

More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment (within 7 calendar days) at no extra cost, or receive a full refund.

24 to 48 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies.

Less than 24 hours’ notice (or "No Show"): The full fee is non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities & Safety
Parents/Guardians remain 100% responsible for the safety and well-being of their child at all times during the implementation of a sleep plan.
You must disclose any known medical conditions, allergies or developmental concerns regarding your child before the consultation.
Baby Sleep Practice follows Lullaby Trust safe sleep guidelines. We will not recommend any practice that contradicts safe sleep standards.
5. Disclaimer of Results
Every child is unique. While we provide the tools and strategies to improve sleep, we cannot guarantee particular results or within a certain time frame.
6. Intellectual Property
All sleep plans, guides and digital materials provided are the intellectual property of Baby Sleep Practice. These are for your personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. We will never share your details with third parties without your express written consent.
